From assessing your movement with various exercises, and devising the best nutrition strategy for you specifically, everything will be tailored.Following this, support is continuous, and the program will adapt and change as you progress over the weeks. This is NOT some cookie-cutter, copy & paste service, that this industry is plagued with...
